We proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area - including Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Markham, and Pickering.

We are happy to service clients outside of these areas, and a small travel fee will be added based on distance. For more information, send us a message with your location.

We are fully operational for contact and service bookings at the following times:

🚚Do you offer on-site or drop-off service?

For Storage Drive data destruction, we can pick up your hardware for a small fee or you can drop it off right to us. This service occurs in-house.

For PC builds, most opt for one of our experienced builders to visit you on-site to avoid too many shipping & delivery risks. Alternatively, you can have the parts delivered to us and we will build it in-house to then deliver or ship to you.

Services

🖥️What does a PC cleaning include?

A basic clean covers dust removal throughout the case, fan blade wipe-down, and temperature checks. An advanced clean adds fresh thermal paste, heatsink fin cleaning, PCIe slot cleaning, and a full health check across drives, memory, and temperatures.

A $25 software optimization add-on (startup management, bloatware removal, background process cleanup) is available alongside any clean. See the Services page for full details.

🕹️Do you work on consoles as well as PCs?

For the current generation, we offer flat-rate cleaning and re-paste services. Older generation consoles will require an assessment of the machine to ensure we are capable.

Part replacement is available if required and will require an assessment of the machine; The older the machine the harder it becomes to source parts.

📋What do I need to have ready for a network audit?

For business audits we'll require certain network credentials for the security check. Don't worry, we'll prepare you ahead of time with what's required and obtain the info when on-site for the audit.
The same applies for home audits electing for a router & device review.

Otherwise, we'll stay out of the way and work quietly and efficiently. The present auditor is pleased to answer any questions you may have.

📜Do PC builds come with a warranty?

At this time we can only offer the base warranties that come with hardware from the OEM. (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

Due to the fact that we do not currently offer part sourcing, simply aid in determining which parts are suitable, any return or exchange process will be between the client and the OEM.

Booking & Pricing

💭How do I get a quote?

Fill out the contact form with a description of your situation and we'll follow up. For straightforward services with listed pricing, you can book directly.

💳What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-transfer, cheque, and bank card payments via Stripe or PayPal.

For any network audit, payment is due within one week of report delivery as outlined in the service agreement.

For any data destruction service, payment is due within one week of certificate delivery as outlined in the service agreement.

Any other consumer tech service, payment is due immediately post-service.

❌Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes - we totally understand life isn't a script and things come up.

A vast majority of services offered can be cancelled after booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, and audits can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

We have these cutoffs as those timings leave us with very little turnaround to fill the slot - we sincerely thank all of our clients for understanding.

Data Destruction

🗂️What's the difference between deleting files and secure wiping?

Deleting files or formatting a drive doesn't remove the underlying data - it only removes the pointer to it. The data remains on the drive and is recoverable with common tools. Secure wiping overwrites the drive with a verified pattern (NIST 800-88 or DoD 5220.22-M) so the original data cannot be reconstructed.

💿What media types do you currently wipe in-house?

We currently wipe HDDs and SSDs in-house using Parted Magic (SATA and NVMe). Physical destruction partnerships are coming. See the Secure Data Destruction page for current pricing.

❓Do I get documentation after a wipe?

Yes. Every sanitization job includes a certificate of sanitization documenting the method used, drive details, and date of service.
